These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, "Childcare Night Tracker service", "our service" or "the service" means the service provided by Childcare Night Tracker for logging and reporting on the number of nights in any given time period that you have your children in your custody. References to ‘you’ in these Terms of Use indicate the person who installed the Childcare Night Tracker app and whose payment method is charged.
1.1. Your Childcare Night Tracker subscription will continue until terminated. To use the Childcare Night Tracker app you must have Internet access, and – after the 3 month free period has expired - provide us with a Payment Method. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Billing and Cancellation" below).
2.1. Billing Cycle: The subscription fee for the Childcare Night Tracker app will be charged to the Payment Method indicated prior to your purchase. Under some circumstances your payment date may change, for example if your payment has not successfully settled, or if your regular payment date falls on a date not contained in a given month.
2.2. Payment Methods: To use the Childcare Night Tracker app you must provide one or more Payment Methods registered to your Apple Pay or Google Pay account. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your subscription, we may suspend your access to the app or features within it. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method.
2.3 Free trial: The Childcare Night Tracker app is available for a 3-month free trial in order for you to assess its usefulness to your situation. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the price of the subscription and will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription. To avoid any charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period.
2.3. Cancellation: You can cancel your Childcare Night Tracker subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the full features of Childcare Night Tracker app through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. To cancel, go to the store from where you installed the app (e.g. the Apple App store, or the Google Play store), go to the ‘subscriptions’ area and follow the instructions to cancel.
2.4. Changes to the price of the subscription: We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. If you do not wish to accept the price change or change to your subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
